Service Forecast
Workshop & Consumables → Service Forecast projects every recurring service item (oil service, brake check, COF, and so on) against its vehicle's actual usage and lists them soonest-due first — the list the workshop plans its bookings from.
The attention filter
Tick Attention only (due soon & overdue) to hide everything that's still comfortably within its interval and see just the lines that need a booking.
Reading the table
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Vehicle | Name, with fleet number and registration beneath |
| Service item | The scheduled item on that vehicle |
| Status | OK, Due soon (amber), or Overdue (red) |
| Remaining km | Kilometres left before the item is due — negative and red once overdue |
| Remaining hours | Engine hours left, for items on an hours cadence |
| Projected due | The date the item is projected to fall due at current usage |
A dash in a remaining column simply means that item isn't scheduled on that cadence (distance-only items have no hours figure, and vice versa).
The footer counts the list: total items, how many are due soon, and how many are overdue.
What to look for
- Overdue lines with a negative remaining figure have already run past their interval — book them first.
- If nothing appears at all, the fleet has no service schedules configured yet, or the attention filter is hiding lines that are still OK.
