User Management
User management is only visible to accounts with the Admin role. If you do not see Users in the sidebar, your account does not have this permission.
Viewing users
Navigate to Users in the sidebar. The table lists every account in your organisation with the following columns:
| Column | Description |

| The user's sign-in email address. | |
| Roles | The permissions assigned to the account (Admin or User). |
| Status | Active — can sign in normally. Disabled — account is suspended. |
| Created | The date the account was created. |
User roles
- Admin — full access to all console sections, including user management. Assign this role only to people who need to manage other accounts.
- User — access to the dashboard and their own settings. Cannot view or change other accounts.
Account status
A Disabled account cannot sign in. The account record is kept for audit purposes. To re-enable or permanently remove an account, contact your FleetOps administrator.
