Driver Utilisation
HR & Payroll → Driver Utilisation shows each driver's workload over a window: trips dispatched, completed, and kilometres covered — the read for spotting both overworked and under-used drivers.
Choosing the window
Use the From and To date pickers; leave blank for all time.
Reading the table
| Column | Meaning |

| Driver | Full name (or employee number) |
| Trips / Completed / Completion | Dispatched trips, how many finished, and the rate |
| Distance | Total kilometres driven |
| Avg / trip | Average distance per trip |
| Last dispatched | When the driver last worked |
What to look for
- The spread matters more than the totals: one driver at triple the fleet's average distance is a fatigue and compliance risk; drivers with almost nothing are cost without output.
- Low completion on one driver, when the fleet's is healthy, is worth a conversation — and a look at their Driver Risk standing.
