HR & Payroll → Driver Risk ranks drivers by their AARTO demerit-point exposure — the drivers most likely to cost you a licence (theirs, and with it your capacity) at the top.
Reading the table
| Column | Meaning |

| Driver | Full name (or employee number) |
| Offences | Recorded traffic offences |
| Demerit points | The current points balance — red once it exceeds the AARTO ceiling |
| Standing | Whether the driver is in suspension territory |
| Latest offence | Date of the most recent one |
What to look for
- A driver over the points ceiling is a suspension risk now — plan for them being off the road, and check what trips depend on them via Driver Utilisation.
- Rising points with recent offence dates is the trend to intervene on — training or route changes before the ceiling, not after.
- Risky driving usually shows up in the fleet's costs too: cross-reference Vehicle Downtime (incidents) and Fuel Variance (heavy right feet).
