HR & Payroll → Driver Renewals is the driver-credentials watch list: for every driver, the expiry dates of the documents that keep them legally behind the wheel.
Choosing the horizon
The Horizon picker looks ahead 30, 60, 90, or 180 days. Already-lapsed documents always show, whatever the horizon.
Reading the table
One row per driver, with a dated cell per credential:

| Licence | Driving licence expiry |
| PrDP | Professional driving permit expiry |
| Medical | Medical certificate expiry |
| Passport | Passport expiry — the one that strands cross-border trips |
Each date is tinted by urgency: plain while comfortable, amber inside the due-soon window, red once lapsed.
What to look for
- A lapsed PrDP means the driver may not carry goods professionally — treat red PrDP cells like grounded vehicles.
- Passports matter only for cross-border drivers, but for them a lapse blocks the trip at the gate — check against upcoming corridor work.
