Accessing the console

Your FleetOps admin console is available at the URL provided by your administrator — typically https://admin.yourcompany.fleetops.grootwebdev.com. Bookmark it for quick access.

Signing in

  1. Open the console URL in your browser.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Press Sign in or hit Enter.

If your credentials are correct you will land on the Dashboard immediately. If not, an error message will appear below the form — check that Caps Lock is off and try again.

If you have forgotten your password, contact your administrator. Self-service password reset is not yet available.

Your session

Once signed in, your session stays active until you sign out or it expires. You do not need to sign in again each time you open the console in the same browser, as long as the session is still valid.

Signing out

Click your avatar (the circle with your initial) in the top-right corner of the screen to open the user menu, then choose Sign out. Your session is immediately invalidated — no one else can use it after you sign out.
