Vehicle Utilisation
Fleet & Tracking → Vehicle Utilisation ranks every vehicle by the trip workload it carried over a chosen window — busiest first — so you can see at a glance which vehicles earn their keep and which are under-used.
Choosing the window
Use the From and To date pickers at the top. Leave both blank for all time. Only vehicles that ran at least one dispatched trip in the window appear.
Reading the table

| Trips | Dispatched trips in the window |
| Completed | How many of those trips finished |
| Completion | Completed as a percentage of dispatched |
| Distance | Total kilometres covered |
| Avg / trip | Average distance per dispatched trip |
| Last dispatched | Date the vehicle was last sent out |
The Fleet total row at the bottom sums the whole fleet; its average-per-trip figure is calculated across all trips, not averaged across vehicles.
What to look for
- Vehicles near the top with high completion are your workhorses — cross-check their maintenance spend on Maintenance Costs.
- Vehicles missing from the list did not run a single dispatched trip in the window — idle capital, or off the road (see Vehicle Downtime).
- A low completion percentage points at trips that get dispatched but not finished — worth investigating before it shows up in customer scores on Delivery Performance.
