Live Map

Fleet & Tracking → Live Map shows the whole fleet on a street map, updating automatically every few seconds. Each vehicle appears as a marker labelled with its registration (or name) and, while it is moving, its current speed in km/h.

Reading the map

• Bright markers are vehicles with a fresh position fix.
• Greyed markers are stale — no position has been received for more than five minutes. The vehicle may be parked out of coverage, switched off, or have a tracker problem (check its device on the Trackers page).
• The status pill in the corner shows LIVE and the vehicle count while updates are flowing. If it reads RECONNECTING…, the console has temporarily lost contact with the server and will resume by itself.

Moving around

• Drag with the mouse (or a finger on touch screens) to pan.
• Scroll to zoom in and out — the map zooms toward the cursor position.

No vehicles showing?

A vehicle only appears once its tracker has reported at least one position. If a vehicle you expect is missing, confirm on the Trackers page that its device is active, provisioned, and allocated to that vehicle, and check the device's Last seen time.
