Delivery Performance
Fleet & Tracking → Delivery Performance is the customer on-time scorecard: for every customer, how many deliveries were made in the window, how many arrived on time, and how late the late ones ran — worst offenders first.
How deliveries are measured
A delivery is measurable only if the order carried a requested delivery time; the on-time percentage is calculated within that measurable set. Deliveries without a requested time still count in the totals but cannot be judged on time or late.
Choosing the window
Use the From and To date pickers; leave both blank for all time. The window selects by when the proof of delivery was captured.
Reading the table
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Deliveries | PODs captured for the customer in the window |
| Measured | Deliveries with a requested time to judge against |
| On time / Late | The split within the measured set |
| On-time % | Turns red below the 95% service-level target |
| Avg late | Mean lateness in hours across the late deliveries |
| Last delivery | Date of the customer's most recent delivery |
The Fleet total row shows the same figures across all customers; the fleet's average lateness is weighted by each customer's number of late deliveries.
What to look for
- A customer flashing red on On-time % is a service-level conversation waiting to happen — establish whether the cause is your fleet (see Vehicle Utilisation) or a subcontracted carrier (see the Carrier Scorecard).
- A dash in On-time % means none of that customer's orders carried a requested delivery time — the score cannot be computed until order capture includes one.
