Income Statement

Finance → Income Statement shows an employer's trading result over a chosen range: the revenue accounts, the expense accounts, and the net profit or loss they resolve to.

Choosing the view

Pick the legal entity in the Employer picker and set the From and To dates. The statement covers movement posted in that range.

Reading the statement

  • Revenue — each revenue account's movement, subtotalled as Total revenue.
  • Expenses — each expense account's movement, subtotalled as Total expenses.
  • The bottom line reads Net profit or Net loss.

What to look for

  • Run it monthly against the same range last month/year — the account-level detail shows which line moved, not just that the total did.
  • For profit split by operational dimension rather than by account, use Cost-Centre P&L (per cost centre), Vehicle Profit (per vehicle), or Trip Profit (per trip).
