Expense Breakdown
Finance → Expense Breakdown groups all trip spend by category — fuel, tolls, repairs, and so on — biggest bucket first, and shows how much of each category was captured by drivers on the road versus entered by ops.
Choosing the window
Use the From and To date pickers; the window bounds on the expense's incurred date. Leave blank for all time.
Reading the table

| Driver-captured | The slice captured in the driver app |
| Driver share | That slice as a percentage |
| Last incurred | The category's most recent expense |
Why the driver share matters
Driver-captured expenses are reconciled at debrief — a high driver share in a category means the figures are provisional until those entries are checked. A near- zero driver share in a category drivers should be capturing (road tolls, en-route purchases) means receipts are coming home in cubby holes instead of the app.
