Expiring Documents
Compliance → Expiring Documents is the renewal watch list: every active document in the vault whose expiry falls inside your chosen look-ahead window, sorted most overdue first — licences, permits, certificates, insurance, whatever the vault holds.
Choosing the horizon
The Horizon picker looks ahead 30, 60, 90, or 180 days (60 by default). Already-lapsed documents always appear, whatever the horizon.
Reading the table

| Covers | The entity the document belongs to (vehicle, driver, …) |
| File | The stored file's name |
| Expires | The expiry date |
| Days left | Plain while comfortable, amber within 14 days, red once overdue (e.g. 3 d overdue) |
The footer gives the headline: how many documents are in the window and how many are already overdue.
Working the list
- Red rows first — an overdue COF, licence, or permit can ground a vehicle or a trip today.
- Amber rows are this fortnight's renewals — start the paperwork now; many issuing authorities take longer than 14 days.
- Cross-border operating permits have their own status view on Cross-Border Permits; whether a missing document actually blocks dispatch is governed by Requirement Templates.
