Carrier POD Chase
Carriers → Carrier POD Chase is the work-list of delivered brokered loads whose proof of delivery hasn't come back from the carrier yet. Until the POD lands, the customer can't be invoiced — so every row is revenue standing still.
Reading the table
| Column | Meaning |

| Load / Status | The brokered load and where it stands |
| Vehicle / Driver / Phone | The carrier's vehicle registration and driver contact — call the number and chase the paperwork |
| Revenue at risk | The agreed customer revenue held up by the missing POD |
| Notes | Anything recorded against the load |
The footer counts the outstanding loads and totals the revenue at risk — the number that should motivate the phone calls.
Working the list
- Start at the top and phone the driver (or the carrier's controller) for each load.
- Once the POD is received and captured against the load, the row drops off the list automatically.
- Carriers that appear here constantly are pulling down their POD % on the Carrier Scorecard — use that in the next rate negotiation.
